The issue of dilution is an interesting one at this time. KK maybe using discounted shares to "pay off" the debt holders and for other reasons. This will increase the OS count but may not result in dilution IF these folks recognize the potential larger value that may lay ahead. It will be informative to see how close the OS count is to 20 million in the upcoming 10K.

The other issue you raise is timing. After this is adjudicated and the (large -- I believe) award announced it will take many months before that money is collected -- all the while the large figure is causing eye-brows to be raised. Point is -- there is going to be a fairly large window in which the "rumor" of the upcoming windfall is being ruminated on before any funds are distributed. In my view good for the folks who are holding at that time.
