The dilution after the RS worries me most. If they will really dump shares (for what reason what so ever), the price can fall much deeper . At this time, they can dilute all they want IMO.

heey, sorry I see I was mistaken...I thought the RS was going to happen in June....that's because over here 4-6 means the 4th off June.
