SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA, APRIL 5, 2017 (OTC Markets) – Cre8tive Works, Inc. (OTC:FILM) (the “Company” or “Cre8tive”) would like
to review for its shareholders the events of the first quarter of 2017.

During the first three months of 2017, the Company:
appointed Lisa Nelson as director and president;
moved head office to Scottsdale, Arizona;
launched new corporate website and social media campaign;
redefined and commenced a new business strategy focusing on financing commercially viable low budget film projects;
signed Letter of Intent to finance the independent horror film “Vineyard”;
became a Current Information Filer with OTC Markets.

updated and launched our new website (www.cre8tive.works), reworked our business model, negotiated and signed a Letter of
Intent with the low budget horror film Vineyard and prepared and filed two quarterly reports and one yearend to become a Current
Information Filer with OTC Markets. Now that we have the all that out of the way, we can start developing the film finance business.
Our goal is to have three, if not four productions financed and under development before the end of the year” continued Ms.
