I see unfulfilled pledges and also some items lacking resolution that might be interpreted as deliberate setups. But I'm not seeing solid evidence indisputably misleading as per SEC laws governing such application of rhetoric.

In brief---what law has he violated criminally?

For what it's worth, it is not against the law to mislead, even lie, in many cases---although contract law will offer up a different set of prerequisites, of course. We may hold shares in the company, purchased via free will. Mine happen to be untradeable. But what law disallows Tony to gift us with useless trash?
