I agree 100% Initial scarcity is big. It, IMO, will drive stores to place orders and fill out shelf space. The real key is sustained buying. With the health craze running through the US and other countries about organic lifestyles, i think organic anything is a winner IF the product is good, at a decent price point and a strong "fan base" of the product.

I can only imagine healthy parents who feed their children all organic (like my friends [I currently have no children]) turning to this product on the premise of practicing what they preach.

To me, the price point of just under $20 is great. At $20.01+/bottle a different mind set takes over on price vs value, IMO again.

I am no marketer but I've been in sales roles before and the above are my 2 cents. Hopefully they turn into 100+ cents....a share.
