ric, your point about "the Babe " the other day was one I also wondered about. Why didn't they let him play the outfield and pitch every 4th day. Maybe it was a decision he made on his own. Like he did not want to pitch not sure. You have an idea as to the answer? Hope all is well on your end..MWC
