No kidding! "SFOR can not be in the running for a Government contract, not possible" ACS is the fully vetted DOD vendor that has had a relationship with DOD for 25 years. ACS is SFOR's Government Agency vendor. ACS was the one who presented to the DOD/CIO. If chosen, the contract to provide Mobile Trust would be cut to ACS and SFOR would get a % as stipulated in the contract with ACS.
ACS has no IT product of it's own, they are a middle man vendor.
