No, Tetrastem is not a VDRM product. It's owned by the Phillips Company. No manufacturing licenses have been issued by them.

It's important to recognize that Otiko has not developed a single product that he markets today. He has NON-EXCLUSIVE licenses to manufacture Viabecline at Dr. Phillips' facility in Oklahoma and distribute it. He uses his own business Coast to Coast Podiatry business to distribute this product.
