Who did Snyder lease his storage facility to in 1983? Was it wikimarcelus dominion gas?

How many times has Dominion tanker trucks been out to Beacon property to bleed off the storage so it don't overflow? Just an approximate guess in the last 8 1/2 years?

Has the storage been retrofitted, and can you see it from space? Lol............
