The operative words of Lugee Li's post were:

"First, we can make progress very quickly by using the manufacturing capabilities that works so well in China. "We are making parts for many customers using amorphous die cast machine and metal injection molding machine. I'm adding this system to Liquidmetal"!

The point I wish to make is this:

1)Lugee makes an important issue of the fact that HIS SYSTEMS WORK.
The two components, amorphous die cast machines and metal injection molding machines which are made to HIS specifications have PROVEN to be SUCCESSFUL in CHINA.

2)Obviously, he is moving one of each type machine to LAKE FOREST.

3)He has not mentioned anything about moving Engel machines to Lake Forest.

4)Clearly, his focus is to "clone" the China operation of DC and MIM to Lake Forest and get it operational and productive.

5)It isn't clear when he will put his attention on the RSM operation, and it doesn't seem as high a priority as Lake Forest.

6)All in all, he is employing what works (DC+MIM), having known proven results in the marketplace and in priority over the historical LQMT operation which has not succeeded commercially to date. He wants to make the US LF operation profitable as soon as possible so that he can subsidize the RSM R&D which is hardly complete, in that it is not commercial.

The question, then, is how much revenue from the Lake Forest operation will be generated from DC and MIM which will benefit LQMT shareholders substantially?

We already know that the Engel machines haven't resulted in any revenue here or in Europe. In my opinion, LQMT RSM is still in need of further "development" to become commercially viable. To me, Lake Forest is FRONT BURNER, soon to see results, and RSM is BACK BURNER, "developing" or "to be continued".

My guess is that Lugee will develop his own LugeeLimetal Injection Molding Machine which will be superior to Engels.

THIS OPINION IS ONLY ONE and probably the FIRST to express this.
Naturally, I welcome any attacks against the points made, but none against WATTS the author of these original thoughts.
