DILUTION PRICE $6.75... What Great Management --- 35% UNDER the share price at the time! What idiots!

Institutions were buying over the last week... Many large blocks bought - and now they will dump due to the ill-timed and unnecessary dilution.

If they waited they could have sold 1/2 as much at probably twice the price.

I'm out today and moving on..

BTW - VCEL did the same offering at $4.50 on FDA approval and now wallowing under $2.80..

Hoe you guys the best... but usually these dilutions DO NOT work out and HARM shareholder in a big way...
