the only ones leaving today will be the very weak retailers who dont understand that the company is now in a much stronger position to negotiate a buyout. With sufficient funds to bring Voclosporin to market, there is now no need to share the revenue with any other company. Glickman did the right thing for the company and us, but now we will see tremendous institutional buying as this last uncertainty is over. The price of the buyout went up to at least 2X eventual total revenue or 2.6 billion. The share price will initially take a hit for a day or two, but then rapidly exceed yesterday's all time high. We should still see mid 30's or higher for the buyout as this offering although increasing overall shares, it also eliminates the need to dilute the eventual revenue....very smart move.
