If they are reaching this much to dig up trumped-up charges to beef up the initial ones, AMEX staff and regulators must have some concern over whether the original charges will stick, and quite possibly they are worried about appearing foolish when Sanswire announces positive test results on a ground-breaking technology just as AMEX attempts to delist GTE.

Just maybe the AMEX staff actually fell for Seth's constant attacks and suggestions that the stratellite was really a blimp that would never fly and GTE was a scam.
