If Dick Miltner spent the money to polish the mold for a mirror finish, then imagine the amount of coverage he would have gotten for the Hybrid, so many Knife magazines and blogs would have publicised the new alloy and its Glass like Mirror finish that is twice as strong as titanium and more flexible than hardened stainless steal, and is Injection Molded like plastic.

It would have been declared a revolution in manufacturing. It still is, unfortunately we are still looking for that magic application that will showcase what this new wonder material and manufacturing process is cable off.
This Dick Miltner at his best, this is the Steroid Lug head that Liquidmetal had to deal with, who in their right mind would criticise their own product on FaceBook?!?! Not unless they where trying to get out of paying LiquidMetal.
