If MA had budgeted money on polishing the mold, or if QA wasn’t overlooked in order to rush the Hybrid to the Gun show, or if Dick Adams didn’t go on social media and criticise the Hybrid, or if a well known Knife maker with a bigger budget had branded and marketed the knife, then it would have been a huge success.

So many things went wrong but the Hybrid is a beautiful design, it still impresses me that it was injection molded like plastic with an interlocking barrel lock, but is twice as strong as titanium and more flexible than stainless. Thats is Amazing.

While its not a commercial success, its good to know that the MSR’s are showing the 2 different molded parts to potential customers to let them know whats now possible with BMG molding.
