90% sure it's IBM based on GeoInvestors Conference Call, March 17, 2016. MKRS + IBM were talking. IBM website "White Paper" discusses preventive maintenance technology but no mention of supplier. Would not be surprised to see a buyout. MKRS provides a solid dollar base with the NAVY business. IBM can then go after electric utilities, major shipping, and definitely airlines.
