Maybe they are the ones ones they have been diluting for the past few weeks, and heavy for the last 2 days. They would probably have enough to pay the fines and move on. Somebody said about 2 million worth traded yesterday alone. I didn't do the math on that, just what someone else posted. VFIN has been on the Ask pretty steady.

That would would be a really good explanation for why the gains didn't hold.

Didn't they increase the AS to 16 bil. That would have given them around 1.5 Bil to dilute, assuming OS was up to 14.5 bil.

That's my guess.
