If BIEL was going to file a PFR (Petition For Review) on the SEC's Initial Decision in the Administrative Proceeding, it was due by Friday, Feb 3, but as I write this, no Petition has appeared on the SEC site.
Granted, the Petition could have been filed last week, and the SEC simply hasn't uploaded it to the public site, but what if BIEL decided not to ask the SEC to review the ID?
I've got a theory as to why they might not file a petition, but it's pretty convoluted (or should I say, complicated,) and I don't want to lay it out if a filing is going to appear 24 hours later.
Anybody have a theory they want to disclose?
