Loophole


I am not trying to be a asshole, but the fact is the standards committee

says the participants should expect to be paid on what they contributed.



I didn't know it was a crime to go to court and seek getting paid for your

labors and inventions. I don't give a damn about world wide I do care about

justice and protecting our properties and getting paid. If I had the

money I might do just that IDCC however has the money and what do they have

to lose by going to a court house and seeking a injunction based on the

party they accuse and want a injunction against is using their technology

and not paying? If you are willing to sit back and get screwed trust me

you will get screwed. You fight these son of a bitches every way you can

would you not think IDCC could show where a company is using their

technology?


I don't believe in giving in to bullies and you explain to me where

justice is when a company can use your technology and not pay you and a

injunction would be unfair. Did the standards committee say by the way

if you want to use standard technology and not pay go ahead? Go to every

venue you can find to be treated fairly in other words if the bully is

beating you up get a ball bat and hit the bastard over the head. I didn't

realize you was happy not being paid. How can a attorney be happy with

status quo where the manufacture steals your technology and make profit

and not pay you? One would think you would be more outraged than any of

us non legal investors. Lets vett these foreign companies that are

selling product containing intellectual property they haven't paid to

use. Ky opinion this shit has gone on to long.
