Ok. It's a blinded trial.
How does anyone know, if a person's cancer comes back what they are taking in the 1st place. Yes blinded so no one knows in detail what is going on. Dr. Liau said that in the quote I posted, but they do have some visibility at a higher level. Even we know that if DCVAX was no better than the placebo we would have hit the 248 long ago. You do the math.

Next . Why would anyone pay $120,000 to participate in a trial and get a placebo?? I don't believe anyone is paying to participate in DCVAX-L Phase-3. This is the first I have heard that. Any trial has a placebo group and people know going into it that they may end up with the placebo. 1 in 3 chance in this case. That is part of the recruiting benefit of having a crossover.

Next . .cognate gets paid from patients and $400,000 per Month from Nwbo. . There are lots of posters that seem to have issues with Cognate. We will see. If they get this approved the demand is going to explode. Let's hope they have spent enough with Cognate preparing for success tha they can handle the manufacturing volume.
Why are NWBO ' S expenses 30 million per quarter?

What does NWBO spend all that money on?? I thought it was less than that last quarter, but if we assume that is correct $10 million a month does not seem that high to me. There are salaries, rent, charges associated with treating patents and of course legal expenses. If you go through some of their filings it is all broken down in detail. There is of course the added cost of Linda funneling most of the $10 million into private accounts in the Cayman's
