How does anyone know, if a person's cancer comes back what they are taking in the 1st place.

Next . Why would anyone pay $120,000 to participate in a trial and get a placebo??

Next . .cognate gets paid from patients and $400,000 per Month from Nwbo. .
Why are NWBO ' S expenses 30 million per quarter?
The patients are paying cognate .
What does NWBO spend all that money on??
