That's his reply to my email to hi pointing out the mistake (DCVax Lung instead of DCVax L in the clinicaltrials.gov. He will correct to DCVax-L).

Your guess that it's not DCVax L does not jive with his email. I don't have a thought out guess for why that's not corrected yet and I don't feel the need to muddy up the discourse.
If you think my cut&paste of his email is some kind of funny business, you can write him yourself. That will help you get to the source. Easy to do. so no need to go that route.
