My guess is that it is a different version of the vaccine than what we are used to seeing that UCLA is using for this trial. Probably not a mistake.

UCLA owns the technology. They licensed certain aspects to Cognate for manufacturing purposes. NWBIO was previously the financing mechanism for the trials, but that isn't necessary any longer as evidenced by the most recently announced trials. They have been constructed in such a way to be able to continue without the existence of NWBIO.
