I really pity all the folks buying into this bullshit.

Get real, folks:

This is not a real company! It pretends to be by stoking the ashes in the hopes there's be a spark or two. The idea is to stimulate trading volume so that the CEO can sell his shares into a rising market.

Meanwhile, I hold a million shares "awarded" as free shares in honor of my loyalty to the company. And those shares, now two years old---cannot be traded because this same CEO has not paid the $500 legal fee to have the trading restriction lifted.

This is so absurd. It's all smoke and mirrors---a scam designed and directed towards young, inexperienced investors with dreams of proving they can make money at this.

I'm 76 years old, made my very good living at stocks since the early 1990's. I'm up 59.2% this year and the year is not over!

Hint: I haven't made a penny in USEI nor can I because my shares are not tradable.

This is a scam and nothing more. Instead of dismissing those who say what I'm saying---show me the investors who have actually made good profits here!

Betcha can't come up with one---because there aren't any.
