That is laughable. I know the company sponsored mantra is that Adelstein and Scivoletto were going to be sent to jail unless they settled. What an absolutely absurd thought.

1) First of all, there are no criminal charges against them anywhere in North America.(I have not been able to search Europe, Asia or South America as yet, burt since they do not do business outside of Morth america, why would such a search be necessary?)

2) Secondly, If Walthers, or anyone else, had evidence of criminal acts and agreed to forget about the crimes if Adelstein would forgive the Federal Judgment, that would be extortion ... which is a crime.

3) It is Walthers who has repeatedly lied to investors about business at IFUS, has never filed a report or audit, and was excoriated by the Federal court as deliberately defrauding others with scienter. On top of that, the court reprimanded him for tying to smuggle in a claim.

4) All of Walthers legal claims were thrown out of court. He was unable to produce any witnesses, not an affidavit from a client or any other form of evidence to support even one of his claims. He, in fact, finally had to admit to the court that the supposed non-compete agreements, on which he based much of his bizarre claims, did not ever exist!

The written evidence destroys your contentions. I suggest reading the links provided in the "Sticky post" and the link provided some time back to Walthers own deposition. Also, if the Federal judgment was bartered away, where is the "Satisfaction of Judgment" filed?

Walthers is lying again. He has placed the burden of his own debt to Adelstein squarely on the shoulders of his shareholders.
