I spoke with GT,
I asked if the bid goes to zero would there be a rs?

He said --Yea, but hopefully it wouldn't get there, we have a update coming up soon we are stilling wanting for the LOC, I would PR either way.
or we can do a buy back.

I spoke with him for 1/2 hour, so this is basically what was said. I am not a reported, and did not make any thing up.

I don't think that he is looking to do a rs , only if it has to happen, to me it sounds like a buy back if needed, but he is hopping for better things.
