I can guarantee a RS is last option and we all lose with the Dooms-Day option. He has mentioned to many that buyback option is possibility. At these prices they would be crazy to not buy shares and I think he mentioned to someone that because of prior notification, they do not have to file when they start buying.
Again, the price is DOWN because of dilution and not enough revenue to offset dilution. Eliminate dilution and increase revenue and amazing things will happen. Add a buyback or investor private placement and its even better. But it sounds like RS talk was just a "what-if" the world ends talk as I hear LOC very close to getting signatures IMO.
