I been trying to tell them this for a while. But its not just with the DoD and ANL. I am for sure no company or other countries governments would entertain a company and agree to any type of ANYTHING with a company that had absolutely nothing to offer lol it just makes no sense for companies/governments around the world to constantly do this for the same company that supposedly has nothing to offer but a science project idea lol.

I will keep saying it the only real reason most are going nuts is because they only look at where the stock is at again if most people ran this company or any other the company would be ran into the ground.
