Not trying to be contentious, I appreciate your due diligence here, but this is the point I am making:

There was a review process...Neah was matched by the government to ANL, bread board and all. What Neah has to offer had to be fully vetted at this point by some of the most brilliant minds we as a country have to offer. Work is accepted on the pretense of bringing it to completion as your post states: "reviewers align requests with the best-suited laboratory to complete the work requested." Under government scrutiny, as you state regarding the DOD, Neah was approved to proceed. There is no way Neah is playing their con game with ANL either. Again, I do not trust Chris D'Couto, but I do trust ANL to properly filter and reveal the truth about Neah.
