Guessing is fun. If I was to guess, I would guess it was tiny richie and $YIPI who bailed out of the agreement.
As MC+A previously stated- the yippy blueflame- is the best option on the market to replace google's search appliance. Additionally the news released today read like MC+A was disappointed - BUTT they did promise to move forward the best they could without $YIPI's superior blue flame appliance.
