Oh, good grief. The "Large amount of damages" you spoke of are the result of the Federal case in which Judge Ungora slapped Walthers and Supreme Energy with a judgement in the amount of $250,000.00 (the amount of the unpaid loan) + earned interest at 18% per year compounded for 36 months + attorney fees incurred by Adelstein, etal. My estimate is $500,00.00 +/-. That total is comprised of $250,000.00 (defaulted loan amount), $160,000.00 interest (3yrs at 18%, compounded), and attorneys fees $100,000.00.

The cases settled amicably were state cases and they had no effect on the federal case. There were no criminal charges against anyone in the state case.

Walthers wants everyone to believe the Federal judgment was bartered away in the settlement, but that is a fools dream and only a serial con artist and liar like MW would even dare hint that it was the case. It sure would help him convince others to give him money though.

Every single attorney I've talked to, laughs at the that fantasy.

IFUS has other things to worry about. First up would be the New Jersey law suit and the walk out of Walthers former attorney for lack of payment.
