The cases settled amicably were state cases and they had no effect on the federal case. There were no criminal charges against anyone in the state case.
Walthers wants everyone to believe the Federal judgment was bartered away in the settlement, but that is a fools dream and only a serial con artist and liar like MW would even dare hint that it was the case. It sure would help him convince others to give him money though.
Every single attorney I've talked to, laughs at the that fantasy.
IFUS has other things to worry about. First up would be the New Jersey law suit and the walk out of Walthers former attorney for lack of payment.
