It seems obvious to me that they had won everything they could with the exception of adding IFUS as a debtor alongside those of Supreme Energy and Walthers. but, what does it matter? If and when MW defaults on payments to Adelstein it'll take about 60-90 days to add IFUS to the judgment.

So, if you've won essentially everything you wanted, and the other guy comes to you wanting to settle, is willing to drop his own suit and pay his own attorney fees and accept that the Federal judgment is binding and the Patent will never come back to him, why not settle?
