I think samsamsamiam is right that the company they are referring to is CBGI

Alex Kon touted CBGI starting on April 14, 2014 at the exact same time as the company referred to in the SEC litigation

After various email exchanges and phone calls between the Former CEO and Kon, they agreed that for $25,000, Kon would run a marketing campaign on Issuer A stock on April 14, 2014 via four websites that Kon operated: 1) 007stockchat.com; 2) awesomestocktips.com; 3) otcfire.com; and 4) pennystockspy.com.

Alex Kon was paid $25,000 to promote CBGI

According to the disclaimers he was paid by Casey Cummings who could have been related to the CGBI CEO, Michael Cummings (or an alias for Michael Cummings)

Stock Hideout, 007 Stock Chat and PennySt0ckSpy took part in the last wave of the promotion and reading the disclaimers at the bottom of the emails reveals some quite interesting facts. Apparently Stock Hideout received a compensation of $10 000 from 007 Stock Chat, while they in turn were compensated by $25 000 from Casey Cummings. This may be nothing more than pure coincidence but the CEO of CBGI is named Michael Cummings

Plus CBGI got suspended by the SEC a short time later on May 7, 2014 which could have kicked off the investigation that led to today's charges

Looks like the SEC charged Casey Cummings today also. By the way the litigation is worded it sounds like Casey Cummings is the same person as Michael Cummings, the CBGI CEO
