That's an interesting one, isn't it? At least in terms of its being a sort of new approach. But I'm not sure how useful it is. The CEOs who hire these people are also engaging in stock manipulation, and they should go down with the promoters.

Hard to tell what company they're referring to; it seems Kon was a busy boy in 2014. He pumped NTEK, among other issuers. But that seems to have been later in the year, in August:
