but used often then the term de-listed is wrong but is also used to describe being taken down a tier on the OTC.

Tommy you are in front of a Federal Judge who has heard hundreds, in not thousands, of cases that involve stock trading. He isn't going to buy off on the fact that TAUG was delisted. And except for a group of less than 10 people, nobody else will either.
