I am still here guys! Anyway,if my memory serves me right, the phonefactor case was sent by the judge to mediation (to reach a possible settlement) and then right after, Microsoft, which is phonefactor's parent company, was sued by Sfor. Anyway, the whole process took about 2 1/2 years. Case was filed on 2013 and settlement was on Jan 2016. With regard to the 3 cases, Kay already confirmed that we have just started (and i tend to believe him based on my background). Most likely, if the parties are close to settlement,which we don't know, the parties will be ordered to go through mediation or arbitration which is once again a good sign for us. The problem is that this might take another few months. How long, we all do not know. That is why I am still relying on the large contract deals that Kay said will happen by the end of the year!!
