I agree...to a certain point. I'm also a user of Ecoone pool and spa. Been using it on the regular 6 month supply for my Softub. Love it, no comparison to the chlorine recommended brand.
First, even though margins are improving, with the volume of sales, expenses, I honestly don't think Mike is making much money. I believe he took the stock via compensation because he believes in the company.
A reverse split would not benefit him at this point without knowing a "gangbuster" forward sales forecast. It may, if sales, buyout, new business venture, but by then, the SP would be in several pennies before any RS.
Just common sense from Mike's standpoint.
