Its not a matter or choice, as much as it might be a necessity one day...

If they need money, there is not much they can do.... either you sell equity or accept failure and let it all fall apart.

As im sure you know, public companies are public for the sole reason of tapping the equity markets to fund a business plan... but when your equity is not marketable anymore, an RS can become the only way out.

Mike is not greedy. He doesnt stuff his pockets like most penny insiders do, but because of his lack of market aggressiveness, it has cost the long term shareholders dearly... This valuation is a direct reflection of how the market views his leadership. If the market thought he was going to do whatever it took to improve the valuation, it would be 100s of percent higher on that sentiment alone, no doubt.

Everything in the penny market is about perception, more so than actual results. This is how complete scams can be worth 8 figures and a real business can sit dead at super deflated prices
