RANT: I dont know, but it would be nice if Mike said something... They have gone several months without updating us and if past years are any indication, it might be a looong time until they do again...

Mike is not a bad person, hes a smart guy... but he is not a stock guy and lacks understanding of how to keep investors engaged, which helps sustain a stronger valuation and improve the ability to fund growth...

Im afraid the next time he speaks, they will be proposing a Reverse Split, so they can make the stock marketable again... They can avoid this by being more aggressive with the stock and trying to get it back to .01 or so. This would allow them to only need an AS increase, but as long as it sits at these unfundable levels, investors are at risk of a surprise negative.

BTW, i love the products and see great potential if they had cash to grow, but the way its going, the positives are outweighed by the negatives.

A new CEO and board would instantly boost the stock on HOPE alone... but the market forces are betting against Michie overcoming this, hence the valuation. They have bad debt problems and sales have been declining for years. If they continue declining, there will be a point where it becomes VERY hard to keep the boat afloat without raising considerable money... If he was market savvy, he would be more aggressive NOW, to not be caught off guard if/when that day comes. A CEO should be planning for years in the future, not just for today. Employees and investors depend on forward thinking at the top.

Regardless of the debt, they dont have excess $$ to market their products and grow, which is the real shame... Great products fail all the time because of the lack of PROPER marketing. You cant just get on the shelf/website, you have to fight with millions of other products to get noticed, or eventually you will lose that account and be replaced, which has been happening to them... Dilution would be extremely worthwhile for a massive marketing campaign via a REPUTABLE firm that specialized in consumables and internet exposure. Dilution is best when its used to power a growth phase, not for pocket lining... but with the way the stock sits now, these thoughts are not grounded in reality.

As you know, i have laid out several ideas that could turn this around swiftly imo, but again, its just wishful thinking.
