Sorry she is ruling on CCGI motion which claims it was all 350 green not THEM. This is the KEY so please pay attention. Lets say Judge Bucklo agrees with JNSH throws out the BS motion to dismiss and she awards a judgement . YEAH WE WON ??????? really what did we win nothing YET. NOW THE HEAVY LIFTY STARTS. JNSH now must peel back the layers of BS LLC shell companies that CCGI used to move the assets around . Yes, this is why it's going to take another 18-24 months. All this then JNSH will force CCGI into bankruptcy. SORRY BUT I HAVE BEEN HERE JUST AS LONG AS OTHERS AND YES I DO MY RESEARCH .
