That is NOT how it works! The Discovery is already done, the case was already tried. CCGI lost! This is the damages phase.

If they don't settle, and Bucklo dismisses their motion, they are liable. Then it just comes down to Bucklo deciding how much to award!

More importantly, CCGI could raise $5M-$10M in a heartbeat! Their market cap is over $30M...
