Reality check time...
OS Structure times pps is 2.28 billion? Correct?
AS structure is currently 5 billion, correct?
...... Too find market cap of a company, you multiply current pps times the total OS structure, correct?
Example,
2.28 billion shares times 1 dollar per share is a market cap of 2,228,000,000 correct?
2.28 billion shares times .50 cents per share = 1,140,000,000 market cap worth, correct?
2.28 billion shares times 10 cents per share = 228,000,000 market cap worth, correct?
My question is, are their any other pink sheet trading stocks with billions of shares authorized and outstanding trading over .01 cent?
How does toxic financing,dilution, and reverse splits all relate?
