I believe scam companies lie about that all the time anyhow.
Is there really some dependable verifiable documented way to prove a company is a shell in the first place.
I've seen so many scams claim they are not shells, yet have no verifiable income, are non filers, have no products or services, nor the proper amount of shareholders. Actually, most don't ave anything to prove they're a real company.
