To me their benefit is obvious. How else do you garner support for a product like this if the people with buying influence can't try it out first hand? It's one thing if you're lockheed Martin and are well known enough to get a meeting with military brass whenever you want, and another when you're a $30m company still trying to nudge a larger part of your foot into the doorway. The results show up in Virtra's revenue increases.
