I too am convinced of one thing....there is going to be MAJOR dilution. I believe Maggie is correct when she says they will need 15-20 million.

I don't believe wavexpress or SOL can raise close to that if they are sold. SSPX, well, the market says they aren't worth that much. So, financing has to be on the way.

If there is no stragic partner, where do they go? Back to the last guys? Better or worse terms?

I do believe there will be some sort of announcement before the SHM (there almost always is), but, I believe that to be the last pop before the financing. I hope they make it a good one. If not, straight in the toilet, IMHO.
