I know the numbers were off in the article however here is the bottom line IMO:

SUNE needs to cover $4.5B of Debt

With asset sales and TERP / GLBL they'll have about $3B

That leaves $1.5B short plus pending VSLR suit and BK costs

So they are short roughly $1.5-$2B, where and how are they going to cover that? Your thoughts are appreciated....
