Sunedison isnt selling all its assets just a portion and the least profitable portion at that. So that article uses the assets they have for sell but puts it against all the debt they own which is wrong. And this is a ch11 not a ch7 so we wont need to pay all the debt off, as long as we remain cashflow positive we will be fine. And in the recent 8k they project they will be by middle november and those numbers dont even include all subsidiaries which are in better shape. Again when you restructure you want to restructure the least profitable part of your business thats the whole point.
