I know you have no personal reason to and may not have the time but you might email him your concerns if you felt like helping us out.

I am concerned that he really doesn't know that much about VAST or that he knows about the lawsuits but never really looked into it/ accepted the ceos explanation that there was a smear campaign but really just kept his head down and did whatever legitimate work they were being paid for.

I also think he has probably never seen that second document (that could have been easily forged but either way) on the scam website that values the congress tailings at two billion dollars.
