I've been reading all of the posts here and have remained quiet until such time as I was able to pose questions to Kevin Jones (CEO of Cardinal) and also receive a reply with detailed information.

Kevin has authorized me to share this information with gitreal (who is the one who has been propagating this tirade of posts) and I do have direct contact with gitreal through email and also Kevin.

When a person has an issue - instead of broadcasting this all over a forum, they should go to the source and ask the tough questions. In this case, gitreal has not taken the time to address Kevin directly (thus I did it for him).

Here is just a snippet of the email from Kevin... Not posting the entire message just yet until I hear back from him in regard to my follow-up email.

(me) Please help me out and let me know what to do. Do you want to address this issue direclty
to GITREAL, and or, should I tell him in an email to contact you directly ???

(Kevin) I am willing to discuss the project directly with him if he likes or feel free to share this information. Our work with this client is largely in the public record. After your last message I decided not to respond on the questions regarding our registrations etc. We are very aware of the needs of professional registrations. At one point in our history we had a long term field office in Arizona so maintained the registration of a number of PEs and PGs. Once our work went down in the state we let those registrations lapse. However, if we see the long term need we will have our PGs and PEs apply for the needed licenses. This has been our model from the beginning of the business.
