Re: 3g license's. Could the holdup be IDCC itself? Is it possible that they are stalling until more of their patent applications are approved before asking for licenses at this time in order to obtain a higher rate? I could just be looking for something positive about why there haven't been any significant 3g licenses, especially with Ericy, but it does seem strange that there aren't any. I could understand the 2g non payers not licensing for 3g because IDCC is probably still asking to be paid for 2g, but now that Ericy is a card carrying full 2g licensee, it would seem logical that they should be a 3g licensee by now.

I wish I knew if it were IDCC holding back or some other issue such as the indemnifier. If there is a company out there that is preventing 3g licenses then why haven't we initiated a suit against them for preventing us from conducting our business? I know lawsuits should be a last resort but if one company is standing in our way and causing us irreparable harm, then I would think we have a perfect opportunity to sue to put a stop to it.
